“As I was home during the day more during the summer, I noticed my a/c ran continually, and my house was never cool. At first I thought it was just the summer heat, but when I got my June electric bill, I knew I had a problem. I called Alief Heating & Air Conditioning and explained my dilemma. Although the lady explained they were completely booked, she told me she would call a tech and see if they could fit me in. I was thrilled when a tech, John, called me back and explained that he was in my neighborhood and could come by that afternoon and at least try to diagnose the problem. I was glad they would be able to get to it that quickly!

When John came, he spent a lot of time in the attic and found the problem. Luckily he had the part on his truck and was able to fix it right then and there!!!! I was so relieved!!! He also said he wanted to check the outside unit to make sure it was working efficiently and that the Freon level was correct. I was glad to have the entire system inspected, not just the found problem fixed!

To top it off, the total charge was less than I ever expected! After John spent the time to explain to me the problem, fixed it, and inspect the rest of the system, I feared the bill would be astronomical. But it was more than fair, and they did not charge me for having to fit me in!

I will definitely call Alief Heating & Air when it’s time to repair or (ugh!) replace my unit! The efficiency, service tech, and pricing I received convinced me of that!!!!!”
