- This was our first experience using Ultra Mechanical, we had always used Alief Heating and Air for our HVAC repairs and maintenance for many years. We just requested a service call and a technician named (Tony) came out the following day and was on time and very thorough in his assessment of our problem both upstairs and outside. With a couple of pounds of Freon, we were up and running again just in time for this 90-degree weather.
